This short charity film was produced for a Yorkshire based youth homeless charity called SASH. The brief was to tell the story of how it feels for one of their young people to finally have their own front door key.
We are so proud that the campaign that used this campaign recently won ‘Campaign of the Year’ at the Institute of Fundraising North Awards.
We worked closely with SASH to make sure that they got the most out of their charity film investment. Learning about them, their supporters and the amazing work they do before starting any filming.
To get a such an emotive film, we produce all of our charity film’s like documentaries, getting natural footage and editing the story to tell itself. We worked with SASH in the lead up to decide what key messages needed to be included and covered these in a more natural way, rather than asking direct questions.
Through social media and direct marketing, this video was viewed thousands times and raised 7 times the amount they invested to get it made. The charity film was launched at an exclusive Supporters Evening. It has since been used for Corporate pitches, Trust feedback and in social media campaigns.
