Bucks Mind approached us to create a series of films to commemorate their anniversary celebrations. They needed concise, impactful content that would resonate with their audience while showcasing their achievements and impact in the community.
We began with comprehensive planning sessions with the senior leadership team, establishing key messaging, target audiences, and strategic objectives. Given the sensitive nature of mental health work, we placed particular emphasis on ethical considerations and safeguarding protocols.
Our research phase involved in-depth conversations with multiple stakeholders - from volunteers and staff members to clients and supporters. These valuable insights helped shape our approach and led to the development of three distinct films: 'Bob and Mike's Story', 'What Makes Bucks Mind Special', and 'Why We Volunteer'.
During production, we prioritised creating a supportive and safe environment for all participants. Our approach included providing phone photography training to volunteers, empowering them to capture authentic moments. Beyond the primary film content, we gathered additional assets including still photography and supplementary content such as thank you messages, providing Bucks Mind with a versatile content library for future use.
The films premiered at Bucks Mind's anniversary event, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees. The content successfully captured the charity's impact while celebrating their journey and the communities they serve.
