Regional Network Hub Programme, Mind

Mind are a national mental health charity. They fight for mental health. For support. For respect. For you.

The brief

In 2019, Mind launched the Regional Network Programme, funded by Sport England and delivered by 8 Hubs across England, the aim was to increase collaborative working between sport and mental health organisations on local to regional. As the programme came to an end, Mind wanted to create an animation to explain and celebrate what had been achieved.

The process

We kicked off the process by having in depth meetings with the service delivery team at Mind. We learnt more about the programme, what key messaging needed to be communicated and were briefed on the charities branding.

Following this, our team conducted research into the programme and read through quotes from the organisations involved. We then put together a script that explained the programme in a simple way, without losing the focus on impact.

Once the script had been signed off, we put together a text-based storyboard with frame breakdown. Working collaboratively with Mind, we developed this into a moving storyboard and finally the animation, with a recorded voiceover.

The Results

The animation has been shared with partners to celebrate what they have achieved.
